Uffizi Galleries celebrate love on January the 31st!
On that day in 1504 Agnolo Doni and Maddalena Strozzi got married in Florence. The Uffizi pay homage to this couple of patrons of arts, portrayed by Raphael. They are famous also for having commissioned the renowned Holy Family “Doni Tondo” from Michelangelo. On Tuesday 31st January 2023 every couple has thus the opportunity to enter with a single ticket.
The 2x1 offer applies to visitors who are not eligible for free admission; if only one member of the couple is eligible for a ticket reduction, s/he will be granted free admission while the other person will purchase a full ticket.
The staff of the Uffizi Galleries will offer visitors in-depth focuses on the masterpieces on display in the Raphael and Michelangelo Room (A38).
