The second edition of Russian Film Festival in Florence
From 5 to 9 September in free streaming the initiative curated by N.I.C.E, the Uffizi Galleries and other institutions
Also this year the Uffizi Galleries renew their collaboration with New Italian Cinema Events to foster the exchange between Italian and Russian cultures in the name of great cinema. An initiative that aims to spread Italian film production in Russia, in the most important cinemas of Moscow and St. Petersburg and, vice versa, to make Russian cinema known to the Italian public. From movies awarded in international festivals to works on social subjects, from films by young directors to great directors' movies, passing through interesting selections of art-house movies, the Festival - held in Florence from 5 to 9 September - aims to offer a rich and heterogeneous cross-section of contemporary Russian cinema. Given the current health emergency, the programme of proposals will be fully accessible in free streaming by connecting to this platform.
