Uffizi by night!
Saturday 3 July on the European Night of Museums
Masterpieces of art to be admired in the twilight, a glass to toast while enjoying the sunset on the beautiful terrace of the Loggia dei Lanzi. After two years, the Uffizi open again by night, and almost for free on Saturday, July 3, on the occasion of the European Night of Museums promoted by the Ministry of Culture. The museum will be exceptionally open from 7pm to 10pm, at the symbolic cost of € 1 (excluding the eligible cases of free admissions): the last time it happened was in 2019. Reservation will not be necessary. "It is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the museum's masterpieces in a different, more intimate light, at the sunset - comments the director Eike Schmidt - and also, why not, the opportunity for a toast on the beautiful terrace of the Uffizi".
