For the first time, a major exhibition provides an insight into one of the most original European avant-gardes, the one that flourished in Uzbekistan in the first decades of the 20th century.
"Uzbekistan: the Avant-Garde in the Desert" is a unified project spread over two venues: Palazzo Pitti, in Florence (from 16 April to 30 June, in the spaces of the Andito degli Angiolini) and Ca' Foscari Esposizioni, in Venice (from 16 April to the end of September).
