11 August free admission to the Uffizi
We commemorate the fire that in 1762 destroyed part of the third corridor of the Uffizi
In remembrance of the tragic event of 1762, the free admission to the Uffizi will be the chance to stress on the value of safety for cultural heritage, in any situation.
How to get into the Uffizi on free admission days
Uffizi 8.15am to 6.50pm. Closing operations start at 6.35pm.
